Small Group Training

6:30AM & 7:30 AM Group Class

Group training is a great opportunity to work in a motivating environment to enhance your fitness journey. With Cait as your coach and other likeminded individuals, you’re sure to see results!

Training is held in the GroupX room at Golds Gym East End off South Laburnum. You do need a gym membership to be apart of the group training sessions. Sessions are 45-50 minutes

SCHEDULE:

Tuesdays: Weight Training Day Kickstart your week with a powerful, strength-focused session designed to build muscle and boost your metabolism. This class emphasizes proper form and technique as we move through a variety of exercises targeting all major muscle groups. Whether you're looking to increase your strength, tone up, or simply enjoy a challenging workout, this weight training class will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

Thursdays: High-Intensity Athletic Day Elevate your fitness with this fast-paced, athletic-style class that combines high-intensity intervals, explosive movements, and dynamic drills. Designed to push your limits and improve your overall athleticism, this session will challenge your endurance, speed, and agility. Expect a mix of cardio bursts, strength exercises, and functional movements to help you train like an athlete and feel energized for the rest of the week.

You have the option to book as a drop in (individual sessions for $30 a class) OR in a monthly package with access to all group classes at a discounted rate ($200/month or $25 per class)

Classes are limited to 6 clients per class and on a first come, first serve basis.
